Regarding the issuance of the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of Private Museums

THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2001 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage dated June 29, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
On the basis of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision issues the Regulation on the organization and operation of private museums.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Heritage Department, Inspectors, Directors of Provincial Departments of Culture and Information under the Central Government, and owners of private museums are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
