THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
On the basis of the dossier on cultural relics and the Memorandum No. 94/VX-CT dated January 25, 2005, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. National Cultural Relic Classification: architectural and artistic relic of Tieu Long Communal House in Tương Giang Commune, Từ Sơn District, Bac Ninh Province.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the cultural relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the architectural and artistic relic of Tieu Long Communal House within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
