Issuing the Action Program of the Government to implement Resolution No. 47/NQ-TW dated March 22, 2005 of the Politburo on further intensifying the implementation of population and family planning policies

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Implementing Resolution No. 47-NQ/TW dated March 22, 2005 of the Politburo on further intensifying the implementation of population and family planning policies;
Considering the proposal of the Minister in charge of the Committee for Population, Family, and Children,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto by this Decision is the Action Program of the Government to implement Resolution No. 47-NQ/TW dated March 22, 2005 of the Politburo on further intensifying the implementation of population and family planning policies.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, and Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
