MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

Pursuant to Decree No. 160/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Minerals and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Minerals;

Pursuant to Decision No. 47/2006/QĐ-TTg dated March 1, 2006 of the Prime Minister approving the Overall Plan for Basic Investigation and Management of Marine Resources and Environment until 2010 with a Vision to 2020;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance and the Director of the Legal Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. The Economic and Technical Standards for Marine Geological and Mineral Survey at Scale 1/500,000 in Depths from 30 to 100 meters are hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, the Heads of the subordinate units of the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
