BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 19/2006/QĐ-BTC DATED MARCH 30, 2006 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON THE ISSUANCE OF THE ACCOUNTING REGIME FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AND PUBLIC SERVICE UNITS;
UPON THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AGENCY,
AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING DECREE NO. 572/2004/QĐ-BTP DATED OCTOBER 25, 2004 OF THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE ON CERTAIN CONTENTS OF THE ACCOUNTING REGIME FOR ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES. THE DETAILS OF AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS ARE ATTACHED TO THIS DECREE.
DECISION:
Article 1. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRADICTING THIS DECREE SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 2. THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AGENCY SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION, GUIDANCE, AND MONITORING OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECREE./.
Article 3. The Director of the Planning and Finance Department, and the Director of the Civil Enforcement Bureau are responsible for implementing, guiding, and supervising the implementation of this Decision./.
