At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 01/2007/QH12 dated July 31, 2007 of the National Assembly, Session XII, concerning the organizational structure of the Government and the number of Deputy Prime Ministers for the XIIth term;

Pursuant to the Cultural Heritage Law; Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;

Considering Circular No. 617/UBND-VX dated June 12, 2007 of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province and the dossier on the historical site;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Cultural Heritage Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. National Historical Site Classification:

HISTORICAL SITE

THE LOCATION OF THE CENTRAL INSPECTION COMMITTEE ESTABLISHMENT

PHAM MAC COMMUNE, DINH HOA DISTRICT, THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE

The protected area of the site shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the sites classified under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the historical site of the location of the Central Inspection Committee establishment within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Cultural Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Thai Nguyen Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
