Issuing Regulations on Design Principles and Usage Standards for Official Housing

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Housing dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2006/NĐ-CP dated September 6, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Housing.
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Construction,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Regulations on Design Principles and Usage Standards for Official Housing are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette..
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Heads of related agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
