Issuing the Regulation on Publicizing Information for Educational Institutions within the National Education System

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to the Law on Prevention and Combating Corruption dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 71/1998/NĐ-CP dated September 8, 1998 promulgating the regulation on implementing democracy in the operation of agencies;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 43/2006/NĐ-CP dated April 25, 2006 stipulating the autonomy and self-responsibility for performing tasks, organizational structure, staffing, and finance for public service enterprises;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 69/2008/NĐ-CP dated May 30, 2008 on policies encouraging socialization in education, vocational training, healthcare, culture, sports, and environmental activities;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 192/2004/QĐ-TTg dated November 16, 2004 of the Prime Minister on the regulation on publicizing financial information for state budget levels, budgetary units, organizations supported by the state budget, basic construction investment projects using state budget funds, state-owned enterprises, funds sourced from the state budget, and funds from people's contributions;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,

Article 1. This Circular issues the Regulation on Publicizing Information for Educational Institutions within the National Education System.

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Directors of provincial Departments of Education and Training, and the Heads of educational institutions within the national education system are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
