ABOLISHING LEGAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS, JOINTLY ISSUED
MINISTRY OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS, AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS ISSUES, JOINTLY ISSUES
THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government on detailed provisions of certain articles and implementation measures of the Law on Enacting Legal Regulatory Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department;
The Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs issues this Circular to repeal legal regulatory acts issued by the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, jointly issued.
Article 1. Repeal of legal regulatory acts
1. Abolish all legal regulatory documents issued by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, jointly issued listed in Appendix No. 01 attached hereto.
2. Abolish part of legal regulatory documents issued by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs listed in Appendix No. 02 attached hereto.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from July 10, 2019.
Article 3. Implementation Organization
The Director of the Legal Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, and General Directors of the Departments, Bureaus, and General Departments under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
