THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
On the basis of the dossier on cultural relics and the Report No. 86/TT-UB dated January 18, 2005, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Nong Province;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. National historical relic ranking: The historical resistance base B4 - inter-provincial IV (1959 - 1975) at Nâm Nung commune, Krông Knô district; Quảng Sơn commune, Đăk Nông district, Dak Nong province.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics ranked under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the historical resistance base B4 - inter-provincial IV (1959 - 1975) at Nâm Nung within their respective duties and powers as provided for by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Nong Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Nong Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
