Regarding the assignment of doctoral training tasks to
The Central Institute for Economic Management
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Official Letter No. 11078/BGDDT dated December 15, 2004 regarding the assignment of doctoral training tasks to the Central Institute for Economic Management,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assigns the task of doctoral training to the Central Institute for Economic Management under the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall specify the specific fields of study for the Central Institute for Economic Management.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Director of the Central Institute for Economic Management are responsible for implementing this Decision.
