Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/ND-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/1998/ND-CP dated May 23, 1998 of the Government on the establishment of the General Department of Vocational Training under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/ND-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
At the proposal of the Director-General of the General Department of Vocational Training.
DECISION:
Article 1. A sample teacher certificate for vocational education is adopted to be issued to individuals who have completed the training program according to the framework of the teacher certificate for vocational education.
Article 2. The teacher certificate for vocational education measures 10cm x 14cm, consisting of four pages; page 1 and page 4 are the cover of the Certificate; page 2 and page 3 are the contents of the Certificate.
The cover of the teacher certificate for vocational education is dark red, laminated, with letters printed in gold color. The content of page 1 from top to bottom is as follows: at the top is the line of text SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAMconsisting of two lines in the center, the upper line being the phrase: a) Individuals belonging to consulting firms engaged in tendering or independent consultants specializing in tendering; ; in the middle includes two lines of text: the upper line is the phrase: VOCATIONAL TEACHER TRAINING. Page 4 does not contain any text or images.
The contents of the teacher certificate for vocational education have a white background, with wave patterns in light blue; the line of text VOCATIONAL TEACHER TRAINING CERTIFICATE on page 2 is in bright red, other characters and lines are in black; in the center of page 3 there is an embossed National Emblem. The specific content printed on the cover and the inner pages of the teacher certificate for vocational education follows the model attached to this Decision.
Article 3. The sample teacher certificate for vocational education mentioned in Article 1 of this Decision shall be uniformly issued throughout the country.
Article 4. The General Department of Vocational Training shall be responsible for managing and issuing the sample teacher certificate for vocational education nationwide.
Article 5. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
The General Department of Vocational Training is responsible for directing vocational training institutions and vocational schools to implement this Decision.
