Article 1. Issued herewith with this Decision are the "Procedures for Registering the Production, Importation, Circulation of Veterinary Drugs, Raw Materials for Veterinary Drugs, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, Chemicals Used in Veterinary Medicine."
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, Heads of relevant units, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
