Pursuant to the Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004, and Decree No. 33/2005/ND-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Article 1. Issued herewith with this Decision are the "Procedures for Registering the Production, Importation, Circulation of Veterinary Drugs, Raw Materials for Veterinary Drugs, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, Chemicals Used in Veterinary Medicine."
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, Heads of relevant units, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
