THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Based on the assessment results of the Council for Developing the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in the Economics and Business Administration Sector on August 5, 2006;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the University and Graduate Studies Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in the Economics and Business Administration Sector at College Level, including two framework curricula for the following majors:
1. Finance and Banking;
2. Management Information Systems.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Framework Curriculum issued with this Decision shall be used in universities, academies, and colleges with the responsibility to train these two majors.
Article 3. Based on the Framework Curriculum prescribed in this Decision, the Rectors of universities and academies, and the Principals of universities and colleges shall determine their educational programs; organize the compilation and approval of textbooks for courses for official use in their institutions based on the assessment of the Textbook Assessment Council established by the Rector or Principal.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the University and Graduate Studies Department, Heads of units related to the Ministry of Education and Training; Rectors of universities and academies; Principals of universities and colleges are responsible for implementing this Decision.
