THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

BASED ON Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

BASED ON Decree No. 113/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 7, 2003 of the Government on management of fertilizer production, trading;

BASED ON Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2004 of the Government stipulating state management of product quality;

At the proposal of the Director of the Crop Production Department,

DECISION:

Article 1: ATTACHING HERETO WITH THIS DECISION THE "SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF FERTILIZERS PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION, TRADING AND USE IN VIETNAM".

Article 2: ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SATISFYING THE CONDITIONS PROVIDED FOR IN Article 5 of Decree No. 113/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 7, 2003 of the Government on management of fertilizer production, trading are permitted to produce, trade and use fertilizers registered in this list.

Article 3: TYPES OF FERTILIZERS at the LISTED IN THE DECISION SHALL BECOME INVALID FROM THE DATE THIS DECISION TAKES EFFECT:

1 Decision No.: 40/2004/QĐ-BNN dated August 19, 2004:

a) Mineral mixed fertilizer STT: 467,499 in Section II Part 2

b) Organic-mineral fertilizer STT: 3-5, 21 in Section VI

c) Foliar fertilizer STT: 16, 26-34, 41-42, 59-62, 173, 221-225, 230, 231, 234, 285 in Section VII.

d) Growth regulator-supplemented fertilizer STT: 22-24 in Section VIII

2 Decision No.: 77/2005/QĐ-BNN dated November 23, 2005:

a) Bio-organic fertilizer STT 17 in Section III

b) Foliar fertilizer STT: 16, 56-69, 116, 142-144, 158, 187 in Section VI

3 Decision No.: 55/2005/QĐ-BNN dated July 7, 2005:

a) Foliar fertilizer STT: 67-69, 95-102 in Section VIII 

Article 4: THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.

Article 5: THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE PLANTING CROP DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, DIRECTORS OF THE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS OF THE PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, HEADS OF UNITS, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH FERTILIZER PRODUCTION, TRADING AND USE IN VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
