At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 01/2007/QH12 dated July 31, 2007 of the National Assembly of the XIIth term on the organizational structure of the Government and the number of Deputy Prime Ministers for the XIIth term;

Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;

Considering Circular No. 1290/TTr-UBND dated July 17, 2007 of the People's Committee of Yen Bai Province and the monument dossier;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. National Monument Classification:

THE LANDSCAPE MONUMENT OF THE RICE TERRACES IN THE COMMUNES OF LAPANTAN, CHECU NHA, DESUPHINH, MUONG CANG CHAI DISTRICT, YEN BAI PROVINCE

The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the landscape in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage within their respective duties and powers.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Bai Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Yen Bai Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
