MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/ND-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 22, 2002 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities;

Pursuant to Decree No. 181/2004/ND-CP dated October 29, 2004 of the Government on the implementation of the Land Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 84/2007/ND-CP dated May 25, 2007 of the Government on supplementary provisions regarding the issuance of certificates of land use rights, land recovery, land use rights implementation, procedures for compensation, support, and resettlement when the State recovers land, and the resolution of land disputes;

In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Planning Department, the Director General of the Land Management General Department, and the Director of the Legal Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. The Economic and Technical Standards for Land Surveying, Creating Land Registers, Registering Land Use Rights, Establishing Land Administration Files, and Issuing Certificates of Land Use Rights are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

This Decision replaces Decision No. 07/2007/QD-BTNMT dated February 27, 2007 on the issuance of Economic and Technical Standards for Registering Land Use Rights, Establishing Land Administration Files, and Issuing Certificates of Land Use Rights; Decision No. 11/2007/QD-BTNMT dated August 2, 2007 on the issuance of Economic and Technical Standards for Registering Land Use Rights, Establishing Land Administration Files, and Issuing Certificates of Land Use Rights simultaneously for multiple land users; and Decision No. 12/2007/QD-BTNMT dated August 2, 2007 on the issuance of Economic and Technical Standards for Creating Land Registers through direct survey methods issued by the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.

Abolish the provisions at Section I, Section IV, Section V, Section VI of Chapter Three Part II and Section I, Section IV, Section V, Section VI of Chapter Three Part III of the Economic and Technical Standards for Surveying Maps issued together with Decision No. 05/2006/QD-BTNMT dated May 26, 2006 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.

Article 3. Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment under centrally governed cities and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
