Amending and supplementing Decision No. 45/2007/QĐ-NHNN dated December 17, 2007 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the level of confidentiality for each type of document and object carrying state secrets in the banking sector

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;
Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Credit Institutions 2004;
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 30/2000/PL-UBTVQH10 dated December 28, 2000 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on protecting state secrets;
Pursuant to Decree No. 96/2008/NĐ-CP dated August 26, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Protecting State Secrets;
Pursuant to Decision No. 15/2003/QĐ-TTg dated January 20, 2003 of the Prime Minister on the list of state secrets at the Top Secret and High Secret levels in the banking sector;
Pursuant to Decision No. 151/2003/QĐ-BCA(A11) dated March 11, 2003 of the Minister of Public Security on the list of state secrets at the Confidential level in the banking sector;
The State Bank of Vietnam amends and supplements Decision No. 45/2007/QĐ-NHNN dated December 17, 2007 on the level of confidentiality for each type of document and object carrying state secrets in the banking sector as follows:
Article 1. Clause 6 of Article 5 is amended and supplemented as follows:
Documents, vouchers, data on the issuance and receipt of various types of currency from the National Currency Printing Works, central currency warehouses; documents, vouchers, data on the issuance and receipt of currency belonging to the Reserve Issuance Fund at the State Bank of Vietnam branch in Binh Dinh province (excluding cases involving issuance and receipt with the Operational Issuance Fund).
Article 2. Implementation
1. This Circular takes effect forty-five (45) days from the date of issuance.
2. The Director of the Office, Heads of units under the State Bank of Vietnam, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director (Director) of credit institutions, service providers, and other entities engaged in banking activities shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
