REGULATING GOODS PRODUCED IN BORDERING COUNTRIES IMPORTED INTO VIETNAM THROUGH THE PURCHASE, SALE, AND EXCHANGE OF BORDER RESIDENTS' GOODS DURING THE PERIOD 2010 - 2012

BASED ON DECISION NO. 254/2006/QĐ-TTg dated November 7, 2006 of the Prime Minister on border trade management with neighboring countries;

BASED ON DECISION NO. 139/2009/QĐ-TTg dated December 23, 2009 of the Prime Minister amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decision No. 254/2006/QĐ-TTg dated November 7, 2006 of the Prime Minister on border trade management with neighboring countries;

Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

AFTER CONSULTATION WITH RELATED MINISTRIES AND SECTORS AS WELL AS THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF BORDER PROVINCES, THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE REGULATES GOODS PRODUCED IN BORDERING COUNTRIES IMPORTED INTO THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM THROUGH THE PURCHASE, SALE, AND EXCHANGE OF BORDER RESIDENTS' GOODS DURING THE PERIOD 2010 - 2012 AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1. LIST OF GOODS PRODUCED IN BORDERING COUNTRIES IMPORTED THROUGH THE PURCHASE, SALE, AND EXCHANGE OF BORDER RESIDENTS' GOODS

THE LIST OF GOODS PRODUCED IN BORDERING COUNTRIES IMPORTED THROUGH THE PURCHASE, SALE, AND EXCHANGE OF BORDER RESIDENTS' GOODS IS SET OUT IN THE ANNEX TO THIS CIRCULAR.

THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JUNE 1, 2010 UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2012./.

The list of goods produced from countries sharing a border for import under the form of buying, selling, and exchanging goods among border residents is specified in the Appendix attached to this Circular.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect according to the implementation timeline from June 1, 2010 to December 31, 2012./.
