ISSUING NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL SKILL STANDARDS FOR WELDINGOCCUPATION

WHEREAS Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
WHEREAS Decision No. 09/2008/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated March 27, 2008 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on issuing regulations on principles, procedures for developing and promulgating national occupational skill standards;
WHEREAS Circular No. 2499/LĐTBXH-TCDN dated August 1, 2011 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs regarding agreement on issuing national occupational skill standards for welding occupation;
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON NATIONAL SKILL STANDARDS FOR THE OCCUPATIONS: PAINTING AND INLAID SHELL TECHNICIAN; TUNNEL DRILLING; CEMENT PHYSICO-CHEMICAL ANALYSIS.
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL SKILL STANDARDS FOR WELDING OCCUPATION.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 2011.
Article 3. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES AND AGENCIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
