Issuing Examination Regulations for High School Graduation

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006, ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT, PROVIDING DETAILED REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW, AND DECREE NO. 31/2011/NĐ-CP OF MAY 11, 2011, ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT, AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006, PROVIDING DETAILED REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Testing and Quality Assurance,
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING DECIDES:
Article 1. TO ISSUE THE REGULATIONS ON GRADUATION EXAMINATION FOR UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOLS ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR;
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM APRIL 20, 2012.
THIS CIRCULAR REPLACES CIRCULAR NO. 04/2009/TT-BGDĐT OF MARCH 12, 2009, ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON THE REGULATIONS ON GRADUATION EXAMINATION FOR UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOLS, AND CIRCULAR NO. 05/2010/TT-BGDĐT OF FEBRUARY 24, 2010, ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE REGULATIONS ON GRADUATION EXAMINATION FOR UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOLS ATTACHED TO CIRCULAR NO. 04/2009/TT-BGDĐT OF MARCH 12, 2009, ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
Article 3. DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE EXAMINATION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING RELATED TO THIS MATTER,
CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, DIRECTORS OF DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, DIRECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES AND ACADEMIES, PRINCIPALS OF UNIVERSITIES, COLLEGES, AND VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, AND PRINCIPALS OF BOARDING SCHOOLS FOR ETHNIC MINORITY STUDENTS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
