DECREE
REGARDING THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE SOUTHERN FOOD CORPORATION

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2012 of the Government on the delegation and decentralization of the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the State owner towards state-owned enterprises and state capital invested in enterprises;
At the request of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development,
The Government promulgates this Decree on the Regulations on the Organization and Operations of the Southern Food Corporation.
Article 1. The Regulations on the Organization and Operations of the Southern Food Corporation are promulgated together with this Decree.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect from April 1, 2014.
Abolish the Regulations on the Organization and Operations of the Joint Stock Company - Southern Food Corporation issued together with Decision No. 339/QĐ-TTg dated March 7, 2011 of the Prime Minister and previous regulations that conflict with this Decree.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees, and Members of the Board of Directors of the Southern Food Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
