CIRCULAR

Repeals Circular No. 03/2014/TT-MCT dated January 25, 2014 issued by

the Minister of Industry and Trade on technology and

equipment for iron and steel production

Pursuant to Decree No. 98/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 18, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 22, 2015;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No.Decision No. 34/2016/NĐ-CPdated May 14, 2016 detailing certain provisions and implementation measures of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

Pursuant to Circular No. 19/2018/TT-MCT dated July 19, 2018 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the development and issuance of regulatory legislative documents by the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Upon the proposal of the Director of the Industry Department;

The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular to repeal regulatory legislative documents issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade.

Article 1. Repeal of Regulatory Legislative Documents

The following regulatory legislative documents issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade are hereby repealed:

Circular No. 03/2014/TT-MCT dated January 25, 2014 issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on technology and equipment for iron and steel production.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from July 31, 2020.

Article 3. Implementation Organization

The Director of the Industry Department, the Head of the Legal Department, the Director of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
