JOINT MINISTRY DECREE OF THE NATIONAL PRICING COMMISSION - MINISTRY OF MINES AND COAL
NO. 10/VGNN-MT/TT DATE 3-5-1985 REGULATING THE LIST OF PRODUCTS
AND SERVICES FOR WHICH THE MINISTRY OF MINES AND COAL DETERMINES PRICES
Pursuant to Decree No. 33-HĐBT dated February 27, 1984 of the Council of Ministers, promulgating the Price Management Regulations; hereby the joint ministries regulate the list of products and services for which the Ministry of Mines and Coal shall specify the standard prices set by the Council of Ministers or the National Pricing Commission and determine prices as follows:
I- LIST OF PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE MINISTRY OF MINES AND COAL SPECIFIES
PRICES
Based on standard prices and the provisions in the price determination decisions of the Council of Ministers and the National Pricing Commission to determine prices:
1- Local coal, recovered coal purchased by the Ministry of Mines and Coal from localities and households using coal (wholesale enterprise sale price and wholesale industrial sale price).
2- Export price of coal and import price of specialized equipment for the coal industry calculated in original currency according to the price range prescribed by the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Foreign Trade, and relevant agencies (for market area II).
3- Machinery and specialized equipment for coal mining where the State has not yet specified directive prices.
4- Spare parts for repairing and replacing various types of coal mining machinery and equipment (excluding major components and spare parts specified by the National Pricing Commission).
5- Waste materials from production derived from raw materials supplied by other Ministries to the coal industry.
6- Discounts or surcharges for circulation of specialized materials and equipment such as: mining chemicals, individual equipment... handled by units under the Ministry of Mines and Coal.
II- LIST OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR WHICH THE MINISTRY OF MINES AND COAL DETERMINES PRICES
1- Various types of rock waste, non-standard coal (wholesale enterprise sale price, wholesale industrial sale price, wholesale material supply price).
2- Products, spare parts, repair services produced and consumed within the industry by enterprises directly under the Ministry (excluding those listed in items 1 and 2). Specifically:
- Specialized mining equipment (tracks, bucket teeth, supports...).
- Repair services for motorcycles and equipment.
- Internal transportation fees within the industry.
- Waste materials from production derived from raw materials supplied by the Ministry itself. - Semi-finished products exchanged between enterprises and units within the coal industry.
3- Budgeted and final prices for basic construction projects in the coal industry (excluding key projects specified by the State).
