MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
WHEREAS, the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage; WHEREAS, Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ministry of Culture and Information;
CONSIDERING the Proposal No. 2472/TTr-UBNB dated July 11, 2006 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province and the dossier of the heritage site;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.
DECISION:
Article 1. Classification of national monuments: AN DINH PALACE ARCHITECTURAL ART HERITAGE SITE, PHU NHUAN WARD, HUE CITY, THUA THIEN HUE PROVINCE
The area for protection of the heritage site shall be determined according to the Minutes and map delineating the areas for protection of the heritage site in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the heritage sites classified under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the An Dinh Palace architectural art heritage site within their respective functions, tasks, and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thua Thien Hue Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
