RESOLUTION

Regarding the dissolution of the Criminal Investigation Agency in Region 6 of Military Zone 5

THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the National Assembly, tenth session;

Pursuant to the Criminal Procedure Code;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Criminal Investigation Organization;

Considering the proposal of the Government,

RESOLUTION:

Article 1. The Criminal Investigation Agency in Region 6 of Military Zone 5, established pursuant to Clause 24, Article 3 of Resolution No. 728/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11 dated August 20, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, shall be dissolved.

Article 2

1. This Resolution takes effect from April 1, 2006.

2. The Government, within its scope of duties and powers, shall be responsible for implementing and guiding the enforcement of this Resolution./.
