BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/ND-CP OF DECEMBER 3, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES EQUIVALENT TO MINISTRIES;
Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
BASED ON THE PRIME MINISTER'S DECISION NO. 02/2010/QD-TTg OF JANUARY 15, 2010 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF CUSTOMS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF CUSTOMS AND THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE DUTIES, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICES UNDER THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF CUSTOMS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION TAKES EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF SIGNING AND REPLACES THE DECISION NO. 30/2003/QD-BTC OF MARCH 17, 2003 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS OF DEPARTMENTS, OFFICES AND INSPECTION BODIES UNDER THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF CUSTOMS.
THE DIRECTOR OF THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF CUSTOMS, THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, THE CHIEF OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE'S OFFICE AND THE HEADS OF UNITS UNDER AND SUBORDINATE TO THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF CUSTOMS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
