Regarding the approval of the number of provincial People's Council representatives; the list of electoral units and
the number of representatives to be elected in each electoral unit for the provincial People's Council representatives

THE GOVERNMENT
BASED ON Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Delegates (amended) adopted on JUNE 21, 1994;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Thap Province at Document No. 07/TTr-UB dated August 20, 1999, and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government at Document No. /TTr-BTCCBCP dated month day 1999,
DECREE:
Article 1. Now approves the number of 59 (fifty-nine) members of the Dong Thap Provincial People's Council for the term 1999 - 2004, 22 (twenty-two) electoral units, and the number of representatives elected from each electoral unit for the Dong Thap Provincial People's Council (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Thap Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
