SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Based on the report of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and the opinions of National Assembly deputies,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1.
The Rules of Procedure for National Assembly Sessions are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2.
1. This Resolution takes effect from January 1, 2016.
2. Resolution No. 07/2002/QH11 on the Rules of Procedure for National Assembly Sessions shall cease to be effective from the date this Resolution takes effect.
3. National Assembly deputies, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the National Ethnic Council, the Committees of the National Assembly, the Secretary-General of the National Assembly, the National Assembly Office, agencies under the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, delegations of National Assembly deputies; the State President, the Government, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, the State Audit Agency, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals within their respective functions and powers are responsible for implementing this Resolution.
