THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Loan Agreement for the Tea and Fruit Trees Development Project number VIE 1781(SF) signed on October 1, 2001 between the Government of Vietnam and the Asian Development Bank (ADB);
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2001/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2001 of the Prime Minister regarding the issuance of regulations on management and utilization of official development assistance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 132/1999/BNN/QĐ-HTQT dated September 22, 1999 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the issuance of regulations on management of programs and projects using foreign aid sources under the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Agricultural Projects Management Board, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, and the Director of the Tea and Fruit Trees Development Project;
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the "Regulation on Organization and Implementation of the Tea and Fruit Trees Development Project."
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature, all previous provisions contrary to this regulation shall be abolished.
Article 3. The Chief of the Office, Heads of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, heads of related units, Director of the Agricultural Projects Management Board, and Director of the Tea and Fruit Trees Development Project are responsible for implementing this decision.
