Article 1. The Supplemental List of crop varieties permitted for production and business is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Crop Production Department, the Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of the provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
