Pursuant to Decree No. 73-CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86-CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15-CP dated March 19, 1996 of the Government on the management of animal feed;

In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Department of Agricultural Extension and Forestry Extension, and the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Product Quality;

DECISION:

Article 1. Issuance

1.1 Maximum levels of aflatoxin B1 and total aflatoxins (B1 + B2 + G1 + G2) measured in micrograms (μg) per kilogram (kg) of complete mixed feed for livestock and poultry.
