AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 53/2015/NĐ-CP OF MAY 29, 2015 ON RETIREMENT AT A LATER AGE FOR PARTY MEMBERS AND STATE OFFICIALS
||| Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015;
BASED ON THE LAW AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION LAW AND THE LOCAL ADMINISTRATION ORGANIZATION LAW ON NOVEMBER 22, 2019;
Pursuant to the Law on Public Officials and Civil Servants dated November 13, 2008;
Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Civil Servants and Public Officials Law and the Public Service Staff Law dated November 25, 2019;
Based on the Labor Code dated June 18, 2012;

THE GOVERNMENT ISSUES THIS DECREES TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 53/2015/NĐ-CP OF MAY 29, 2015 ON RETIREMENT AT A LATER AGE FOR PARTY MEMBERS AND STATE OFFICIALS.
ARTICLE 1. AMENDING POINT a AND ADDING POINT l OF CLAUSE 1 OF ARTICLE 2 OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 53/2015/NĐ-CP OF MAY 29, 2015 ON RETIREMENT AT A LATER AGE FOR PARTY MEMBERS AND STATE OFFICIALS
"a) Deputy Heads of Central Party Committees; Deputy Heads of Central Party General Offices; Deputy Heads of Central Party Inspection Commissions;"

Article 2. Effective Date
THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM SEPTEMBER 4, 2020.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AFFILIATED BODIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AFFILIATED BODIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
