Issuing Training and Capacity Building Materials for Department-Level Leaders

THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 61/2012/ND-CP dated August 10, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 18/2010/ND-CP dated March 5, 2010 on civil servant training and development;
Pursuant to Circular No. 03/2011/TT-BNV dated January 25, 2011 of the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 18/2010/ND-CP;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant Training and Retraining Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Training and Capacity Building Materials for Department-Level Leaders are hereby issued along with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees under central jurisdiction, Heads of relevant agencies, Director of the Ministry of Home Affairs' Office, Directors of the Ministry of Home Affairs' Cadre Training and Civil Servant Capacity Building Department are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
