Decision No. 105/2004/QĐ-TTg on adjusting the price level for purchasing cars to serve the operations of administrative and public service agencies and state-owned enterprises accompanying Decision No. 122/1999/QĐ-TTg dated May 10, 1999 of the Government Prime Minister.

DECISION

Regarding the adjustment of the purchase price for cars serving the operations of administrative agencies, public service organizations, and state-owned enterprises issued together with Decision number 122/1999/QĐ-TTg dated May 10, 1999 of the Prime Minister

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

On the basis of Decision number 122/1999/QĐ-TTg dated May 10, 1999 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of standards and quotas for the use of cars in administrative agencies, public service organizations, and state-owned enterprises;

On the basis of Decision number 208/1999/QĐ-TTg dated October 26, 1999 of the Prime Minister on amending and supplementing the regulations on standards and quotas for the use of cars in administrative agencies, public service organizations, and state-owned enterprises issued together with Decision number 122/1999/QĐ-TTg dated May 10, 1999 of the Prime Minister;

At the request of the Minister of Finance.

DECISION:

Article 1. Adjust the purchase price for new domestically assembled cars serving the operations for administrative agencies, public service organizations, and state-owned enterprises as stipulated in Articles 6, 7, 10, 12, and 15 of the Regulations on Standards and Quotas for the Use of Cars in Administrative Agencies, Public Service Organizations, and State-Owned Enterprises issued together with Decision number 122/1999/QĐ-TTg dated May 10, 1999 of the Prime Minister as follows:

a) Adjust the maximum purchase price for new cars serving the operations for positions specified in Clause 1, Article 6 from VND 600 million per car to VND 900 million per car. For the maximum purchase price for new cars serving the operations for other positions specified in Article 6, it is adjusted from VND 600 million per car to VND 800 million per car.

b) Adjust the maximum purchase price for new cars serving the positions specified in Article 7 from VND 500 million per car to VND 700 million per car.

c) Adjust the maximum purchase price for new cars serving the common operations for administrative agencies and public service organizations specified in Articles 10 and 12 from VND 400 million per car to VND 550 million per car.

d) Adjust the maximum purchase price for new cars serving the common operations for administrative agencies and public service organizations specified in Articles 10 and 12 from VND 350 million per car to VND 450 million per car.

đ) Adjust the maximum purchase price for new cars serving the operations of the Chairmen of Management Councils and General Directors of State Corporations established pursuant to Decisions number 90/TTg dated March 7, 1994 and number 91/TTg dated March 7, 1994 of

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. The provisions regarding the maximum purchase price for new cars stipulated in Decision number 122/1999/QĐ-TTg dated May 10, 1999 are hereby abolished.

Other provisions issued together with Decision number 122/1999/QĐ-TTg dated May 10, 1999 and Decision number 208/1999/QĐ-TTg dated October 26, 1999 of

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, political organizations, political-social organizations, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities, and state-owned enterprises are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
