THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 73/CP OF NOVEMBER 1, 1995, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 86/CP OF DECEMBER 8, 1995, PROVIDING THE ASSIGNMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES FOR STATE MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCT QUALITY;
BASED ON THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DECISION NO. 135/QĐ-BNN-KHCN OF OCTOBER 1, 1999, ISSUING THE REGULATIONS ON THE ESTABLISHMENT, REVIEW AND ISSUANCE OF INDUSTRY STANDARDS;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANT PROTECTION DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. The following Fruit Tree Seedling Standards are hereby issued:
1. Mango seedlings 10TCN 473-2001
2. Rambutan seedlings 10TCN 474-2001
3. Mangosteen seedlings 10TCN 475-2001
4. Southern lychee seedlings 10TCN 476-2001
5. Durian seedlings 10TCN 477-2001
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Crop Production, the Director of the Southern Fruit Tree Institute, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
