Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Ratification, Accession and Implementation of International Treaties adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 7th session of the 11th term on June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between ASEAN and Korea which has been approved by the President of the State on April 12, 2006;

Clause 4 of Article 6Approves the Agreement on the Dispute Settlement Mechanism under the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between ASEAN and Korea.
Article 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall notify the date of approval of the Agreement to the ASEAN Secretariat and other signatory countries, and simultaneously make copies and publish the Agreement in accordance with regulations.
Article 3. The Ministry of Trade shall be the focal point for coordination and cooperation with relevant ministries and agencies to implement the Agreement.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 5.The Ministry of Justice shall take the lead and coordinate with the Ministry of Trade to compile a list of arbitrators meeting the required qualifications to be ready to participate in dispute resolution and protect Vietnam's interests.
