THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to the Food Safety Ordinance 2003;

Pursuant to Decree No. 163/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 7, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Food Safety Ordinance;

At the proposal of the Director of the Crop Production Department,

DECISION:

Article 1The attached Decision issues Regulations on the Management of Safe Vegetable Production and Trade.

Article 2These Regulations shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 04/2007/QĐ-BNN dated January 19, 2007 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating Regulations on the Management and Certification of Safe Vegetables.

Article 3The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Crop Production Department, Science and Technology Department, Plant Protection Department, Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under the Central Government, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
