ON THE ELECTION OF THE SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY,
TERM OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, SESSION XIII

SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13;
Considering Report No. 1009/TTr-UBTVQH3 dated November 23, 2015 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the introduction of candidates,1The National Assembly elects Tdevelopment he Secretary General, amended and supplemented by Decree No. 109/2025/NĐ-CP and Decree No. 193/2025/NĐ-CPof the National Assembly,intention 2. Agencies and organizations related to ensuring and implementing the benefits prescribed in this Decree.
Based on the Minutes of the vote to elect the Secretary General of the National Assembly on November 25, 2015,intention Mr. Nguyen Hanh Phuc, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Director of the Office of the National Assembly, Head of the Secretariat of the session, will hold the position of Secretary General of the National Assembly for the term of the National Assembly, Session XIII.
RESOLUTION:
Article 1.
This Resolution takes effect from January 1, 2016.
