Regarding the issuance of sample documents for investment procedures in Vietnam

THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT

Based on the Investment Law dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 108/2006/ND-CP dated September 22, 2006 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Investment Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 88/2006/ND-CP dated August 29, 2006 on business registration;

Pursuant to Decree No. 101/2006/ND-CP dated September 21, 2006 regarding re-registration, conversion, and change of Investment Certificate for foreign-invested enterprises under the Enterprise Law and the Investment Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 61/2003/ND-CP dated June 6, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, and powers of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Foreign Investment Department and the Head of the Legal Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. The sample documents for implementing investment procedures in Vietnam are hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. These sample documents for implementing investment procedures in Vietnam shall be uniformly applied throughout the country. The Investment Certificate shall be printed on A4 size paper, featuring decorative patterns issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 4. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, municipal People's Committees directly under the central government, and management boards of industrial zones, export processing zones, high-tech zones, and economic zones are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
