Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 on tasks, powers and responsibilities of ministries and ministerial-level agencies in state management;

 

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 on tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 on fees and charges under state budget;

Based on the proposal by the Director General of the Tax Administration,

DECIDES

Article 1

: Amends Point 1 of Article 2 of Decision No. 130/1999/QD-BTC dated November 1, 1999 issued by the Minister of Finance on the issuance of fee rates for use of National Highway 18 from km 35 to km 91 (toll station at km 58) as follows:The toll collection agency for National Highway 18 is allowed to retain temporarily 20% of the total fees collected for expenses related to organizing fee collection, and the remaining amount (80%) shall be directly remitted into the state budget at the local treasury office where the toll collection agency is located.

Article 2

: This Decision takes effect from January 1, 2000 for the settlement of Highway 18 fees at the km 58 toll station; other provisions not amended in this Decision shall continue to be implemented according to Decision No. 130/1999/QD-BTC dated November 1, 1999 issued by the Minister of Finance.Article 3

: The unit assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize toll collection at km 58 on National Highway 18 and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.Vu Van Ninh
