MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Product Quality dated December 27, 1990;

Pursuant to Decree No. 22/CP dated May 22, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;

At the proposal of the General Director of the Standardization - Metrology - Quality Control Department.

Clause 4 of Article 6The attached Decision promulgates the "Regulations on State Quality Inspection of Export and Import Goods".

Article 2. The Standardization - Metrology - Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing, guiding, and supervising the implementation of this Decision.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature and replaces Decision No. 2578/QĐ-TĐC dated October 28, 1996 of the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment promulgating the Regulations on State Quality Inspection of Export and Import Goods.

Article 4. Organizations and individuals exporting and importing goods listed in the Catalogue requiring State quality inspection and agencies and organizations implementing State quality inspection of export and import goods shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
