REGARDING THE ASSIGNMENT OF NATIONAL PLAN INDICATORS FOR THE YEAR 1999
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 73/CP DATED NOVEMBER 1, 1995 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 248/1998/QĐ-TTg DATED DECEMBER 24, 1998, DECISION NO. 252/1998/QĐ-TTg DATED DECEMBER 26, 1998 OF THE GOVERNMENT CHAIRMAN, DECISION NO. 868/1998/QĐ-BKH DATED DECEMBER 29, 1998 OF THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT, AND DECISION NO. 73/1998/QĐ-BTC DATED DECEMBER 30, 1998 OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE ON THE ASSIGNMENT OF NATIONAL PLAN INDICATORS AND THE STATE BUDGET REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE PROJECTIONS FOR THE YEAR 1999;
AT THE SUGGESTION OF THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND URBAN PLANNING DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. NOW, THE NATIONAL PLAN INDICATORS FOR THE YEAR 1999 ARE ASSIGNED TO THE AGRICULTURAL PUBLISHING HOUSE (ATTACHED ANNEX).
Article 2. BASED ON THE ASSIGNED PLAN, THE UNIT SHALL PROMPTLY IMPLEMENT THE ASSIGNMENT OF TASKS TO SUBORDINATE UNITS, PROVIDE GUIDANCE AND DIRECTIVES, AND ENTER INTO TIGHT CONTRACTS, ESPECIALLY IN IMPORT AND EXPORT, SUPPLY, AND PRODUCT CONSUMPTION (CONSUMPTION LOCATIONS AND IMPORT AND EXPORT). FULLY UTILIZE ALL CAPABILITIES AND RESOURCES TO ENSURE BALANCES AND COMPLETE THE ASSIGNED PLAN EXCEEDINGLY.
Article 3. THE HEADS OF RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITIES AND THE HEADS OF UNITS ASSIGNED TASKS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
