Issuing Civil Aviation Security Regulations

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated December 26, 1991 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated April 20, 1995;
At the proposal of the Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam,
DECREE:
Article 1. The Civil Aviation Security Regulations are promulgated together with this Decree.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature. Previous provisions contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
