Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Quality Goods Ordinance dated December 27, 1990;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Technology Management and Product Quality;
DECISION
Article 1: Now promulgates the following industry standards with the following numbers:
from 16 TCN 878-2000 to 16 TCN 915-2000;
As attached to this Decision.
Article 2: The Head of the Ministry's Office, Directors of relevant Departments, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
