DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
REGARDING THE ISSUE OF COST STANDARDS FOR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION DESIGN
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
BASED ON THE LAW ON URBAN RENEWAL AND CONSTRUCTION NUMBER 16/2003/QH11 dated November 26, 2003 of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 209/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 16, 2004 of the Government on management of construction work quality;
BASED ON THE DECREE NUMBER 16/2005/NĐ-CP dated February 7, 2005 of the Government on project management for construction investment;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 36/2003/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 4, 2003, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE INSTITUTE OF ECONOMICS OF CONSTRUCTION AND THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL ECONOMY;
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO ARE THE COST STANDARDS FOR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION DESIGN.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE DECISION NUMBER 12/2001/QĐ-BXD dated July 20, 2001 ON THE ISSUE OF COST STANDARDS FOR CONSTRUCTION DESIGN; DECISION NUMBER 15/2001/QĐ-BXD dated July 20, 2001 ON THE ISSUE OF COST STANDARDS FOR CONSULTATION SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION.
Article 3. THE MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT-LEVEL ORGANIZATIONS, LOCAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AT PROVINCE AND CITY LEVELS UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND STATE ENTERPRISE GROUPS HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO IMPLEMENT THIS DECISION./.
