Decision No. 11/2006/QD-NHNN on amending Appendix No. 3 of the regulations on the banking code system used in payment transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam issued together with Decision No. 02/2006/QD-NHNN dated January 18, 2006 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.

DECISION OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Amending Appendix No. 3 of the Regulations on the banking code system used in payment transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam issued pursuant to Decision No. 02/2006/QĐ-NHNN dated January 18, 2006 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam

Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Credit Institutions 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;

At the proposal of the Head of the Payment Department,

Amend Appendix No. 3 of the Regulations on the banking code system used in payment transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam issued pursuant to Decision No. 02/2006/QĐ-NHNN dated January 18, 2006 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam as follows:

1. Change the transaction name of the Ninh Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank to Global Commercial Joint Stock Bank, retaining the same sequential number within the same category - 320.

DECISION:

Article 1. 2. Change the transaction name of the An Binh Rural Commercial Joint Stock Bank to An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank, retaining the same sequential number within the same category - 323.

3. Change the transaction name of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd - Ho Chi Minh City Branch to The Bank of Tokyo-Misubishi UFJ, Ltd. Ho Chi Minh City Branch, retaining the same sequential number within the same category - 622.

This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

The Heads of the Office, the Head of the Payment Department, the Director of the Information Technology Department of the State Bank, the Heads of units under the State Bank, the Directors of the State Bank's Branches in provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Chairmen of the Management Boards and General Managers (Directors) of organizations providing payment services are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Chairman of the Payment Committee, the Director of the Banking Information Technology Department, the Heads of units under the State Bank, the Directors of the State Bank Branches for Transactions, the Governors of the State Bank branches in provinces and centrally governed cities; the Chairmen of the Management Boards, the General Managers (Directors) of organizations providing payment services are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
