DECISION
ON THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE LIST OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM
REGARDING THE LIST OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE dated April 29, 2004;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT’S DECREE NO. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005, providing detailed regulations for implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT’S DECREE NO. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ANIMAL HEALTH, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT;
DECIDES:
Article 1. TO ANNOUNCE WITH THIS DECISION:
THE LIST OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM IN 2007.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE STATE GAZETTE, REPLACING DECREE NO. 04/2006/QD-BNN DATED JANUARY 12, 2006 OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ON THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE LIST OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE IN 2006.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ANIMAL HEALTH, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND USE OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE IN VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
