At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 01/2007/QH12 dated July 31, 2007 of the National Assembly of the twelfth session on the organizational structure of the Government and the number of Deputy Prime Ministers for the twelfth term;

Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;

Considering Circular No. 777/UBND-VX dated March 7, 2007 of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province and the relic dossier;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Management Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Classification of national relics:

ARCHAEOLOGICAL RELIC

SACRIFICIAL ALTAR OF NAM GIAO - WEST CAPITAL

VINH THANH COMMUNE, VINC LOC DISTRICT, THANH HOA PROVINCE

The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the relic in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management of archaeological relics within their functions and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Chief of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
